Welcome to the You Are Not Alone Podcast
We’re so grateful you’re joining us. This podcast is about more than work—it’s about the transitions that shape our lives. Whether it’s job loss, reinvention, or finding purpose, your story can help someone else feel seen.
We believe no one should navigate a transition alone. Your voice makes that belief real.

You’ll receive an email with a Calendar invite and Riverside recording link. Please add it to your calendar so you’re ready to go.
2. What Is the You Are Not Alone Podcast?
Hosted by Respiris, this podcast holds space for honest, unfiltered conversations about life and career transitions. We speak with Founders, CHROs, Creators, and Job Seekers - people who’ve been through something, learned something, and are paying it forward.
We explore what we’d tell our younger selves, what we’ve overcome, and how we support others navigating change.

What to Expect — and How to Show Up
We’ll talk about things like:
A 90-second intro: Who you are and what you do
A moment that shaped your personal or career journey
What advice you’d give your 10-year-old or 16-year-old self
A personal tip and a professional tip for someone in transition
A challenge you’ve overcome—and what it taught you
How others can connect with you or follow your work
The full recording is 15 minutes, but we’ll be editing a 3-minute highlight reel for social and community channels. We’re looking for real, relatable moments people can learn from and feel connected to.
Tips for a Great Podcast Experience
Here’s how to show up as your best (and most comfortable) self:
Lighting: Use natural light or a ring light if possible. Face your light source—avoid being backlit.
Clothing: Stick with solid, neutral colors. Avoid bright white, stripes, or loud patterns.
Background: Clean and simple works best. If using a virtual background, test it first.
Audio: Use headphones or earbuds with a mic to reduce noise and echo.
Be Human: Don’t overthink it. This is a conversation, not a performance. Imagine you're sharing with someone who really needs to hear it.
