Account & Contact Information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, company names, and other account setup details.

Employment & Referral Information: Role, department, employment history, reason for transition (if disclosed), and details provided by employer clients as part of a workforce transition program.

Coach Information: Biographical information, professional qualifications, rates, availability, assessments, and reviews. Some of this data is visible to matched participants.

Payment Information: We collect payment information for services purchased and for remitting payment to coaches via secure third-party processors.

Usage & Device Data: IP addresses, device types, browser information, location derived from IP, and user activity across our platforms (pages visited, tools accessed, sessions completed, etc.).

Communications: Support inquiries, email exchanges, SMS messages, coaching chat logs, optional session recordings (with consent), and survey or feedback responses.

D. Advertising Partners
Only with opt-in consent, and never using coaching session data, we may work with platforms such as Meta or Google for limited retargeting or advertising analytics.
